Our programs are designed to explore mindful practices, movement, and holistic approaches that inspire healthier living—empowering each person to take meaningful steps toward change, emotional resilience, and improved overall health.
HealthyHer

This class will discuss hormones and how they influence emotional health, periods, nutrition, and its influence on overall health. This will be an interactive class as each participant will be provided with materials to make it personally applicable. Participants will not be required to enter into discussions or questions unless they choose to do so.

The overall goal is to provide education and resources to help set girls up for feeling good because they are better able to understand themselves!

Expect to discuss:

Menstrual cycle, phases and learning what foods and exercises are helpful in each phase.

Being pro-active vs. re-active when it comes to menstrual pain.

Nutrition and what it looks like and means to have a healthy relationship with food.

Stress management, how to recognize stress, how it comes up in your body, and different way to respond to it. This section will also discuss emotional regulation.

Emotions In Motion
This class is designed to help teen girls reconnect with their bodies through gentle stretching, mindful movement, and emotional release. Together, we’ll explore how tension and emotions are stored physically—and learn safe, supportive ways to let them go. Each session focuses on calming the nervous system, grounding the mind, and cultivating self-awareness. The goal is to leave each class feeling more balanced, centered, and empowered to care for your emotional and physical well-being.
